Now that Im in the big truck and parked I pulled out the laptop and was finally able to watch and hear that thing run... sounds super nice. You've done a great job with that truck. I hope the next vid will be a huge burnout :metal:

Bad ass build thread. I'm building a 69 and am right down the road in darien il area. I'd love to come see your dash. It's exactly what I want! I have a build thread started check it out if you have some time. Also does your father do paint for a living or a side job? I'm looking to get mine painted. The sheet metal seems to be in excellent shape so far I just hate the color

Thanks for the compliments guys. It's going in for exhaust, and an alignment tomorrow. Long tubes are going into a xpipe with a couple of Dynomax 3" race bullets. All 3" piping too.

Did you shorten the steering column? My '67 I just acquired sure seems longer....

I used dirty dingo mounts that bolted to stock v8 stands

I dropped it into the firewall and cut some of the shaft off.

Thanks! It's a late 80s early 90s out of a late model Chevy truck. Midwest Hotrods in Plainfield did it.
