That fix,... added $1k to the price of the truck. Beautiful work.
I guess only the original paint/patina guys can appreciate what you guys did.

I am loving how this truck is coming along. The fix on the door and fender is amazing, I wish I could have been there to watch and learn something.

That's all cool unless your trying to do this job AND save the original paint. Uhhhh, where did I lay my magic wand.

great work on the door. got any other details to share on how you tackled it and the tools you made? I have a door dent in my 50 that i want to go after, but i don't have much for access either.

I hope to see that truck in person someday. Just what I would like to find for a driver.

Worked a little on the truck today,I wanted to replace the 283 with a little more cubic inches and a overdrive trans so now I'm off looking for a new crate motor......

Re: Hazel the older Sister....

I figured the pics were helping it look better than it was..... they're not. From a 'casual' (normal) walk-by observation, you wouldn't realize there was ever a dent there (door & fender). If you scrutinize the area, you can see it.... but you need to be looking for it. Impressive.

Okay Keith... I've got one question for you. Who did the paint work on the bed, it looks original?

Just kidding man, that is some steller work on the fuel cell. What's the plan with the original fuel filler location?
