Rubber don't look good. Trim and mirror arm are $75 plus shipping.

Sounds good no rush. Also would be interested in the inner guts of the barn doors including catches, rods, handle, lock assembly and hinges if you split from the doors.

I was out looking today and I took some pictures. I'm not exactly 100% sure what you're talking about do you have a picture of what you're talking about so that I could compare them?

Didn't have any luck finding a box to fit the Chrome. As soon as I find one I can get an accurate quote on the shipping I will let you know
