I thought the blazer was gonna whip me for a while but I think I'm gonna win the battle.It took 2 tubs,1 truck cab floor and I sacrificed my perfect swb bed floor but the rust is gone.

Well since we have no new pics I have to keep looking at the old one's. I was looking at the first one again and I have a few questions for ya.
1) What rear end are you running? I like the amount if rim lip you are able to have on this set up.

2) How long is your trailer because that blazer is bairly on that thing in the back?

3) With as high as the trailer fenders are and how low the Blazer is it looks like the doors won't open so how do you get in and out of that when it is on the trailer?

Answers to question 1 would be good, 2 on ly if you want and 3 is what you will be getting until we get more pics:lol:

OK Rok, #1 the rearend is the factory 2wd blazer rear.

#2 my trailer is 20' but I have the blazer pulled to the back because it was easy to work on the 1/4's. I'm kinda using the trailer as my work bench.

#3The doors won't open on trailer when the blazer is aired out.

Thanks lolife99 the GMC was my pride and joy, it took me four years and a pile of $ to finish and with only 280 miles on it, my shop and house burned to the ground with the GMC and 2 other nice trucks.This is the only pic I have of the GMC so I trying to keep it spirit alive.:waah:

Thanks,Yea its coys 20x10 with 295/40/20 rear and 20x8 front.I have had them 2 years and they have never hit the road.

Hey Chris, I decided to go for it and try to get it built (even without a shop)I went on a cutting spree and when it was over the rust was gone.It's really coming out nice though. Later, O yea don't forget about Pate swap meet.

Looking good man! Are the rear bedsides behind the rear wheels the same dimension (length) on Blazers and SWB trucks? I thought the Blazers were shorter there as well as in wheelbase but I don't see any cut lines on the rear of your new bedsides. :confused:

Looks Great !! My buddy 67 trucks looks like your !! we are going to start putting it back together with old paint !! I did not get to work on my blazer so I am going to take it as a 4x4 this year !! We need to hook up this year !!

Thanks guys,Today I sent the frame to be blasted, I should get it back Wed.I spent 7 hours shooting K2 high build primer and blocking and blocking and well you know how it goes.One good thing is my wife is on me to finish the blazer so we will have something to ride in to CTC. Later.

Well the frame is done and back on 4 wheels.The motor is finish and my 700r just came out the shop today.The tub is jambed out and the firewall is finish.I should get the motor and trans on the frame Fri nite so I can measure for my driveshaft and start the motor.I think I'm gonna meet my deadline.I figured out how much $ I had in the rolling chassis today and dam near cut my wrist.Anyone wanna guess? Well anyway I'm closer today than I was yesterday. Later.
