Are these arms and blade the shiny stainless finish or the dull silver finish? And the rubber blade is 13 1/8th length? Couldn't locate the GM part number in my old GM books.

P/N 3768567/3768568 supercedes to P/N 3890703/389704. It is correct for 60-66.

P/N 3832585 supercedes to P/N 3890702. It is a 13 1/8 Anco. Also shiny.
