1968 CST K10 SWB Fleetside. . .

I saw this one today when I was out driving around. I have talked to the owner before, and he said it was an older restoration. He is asking $6800 for it, and I would say it needs to be gone over again. If anyone wants his info, let me know.

That is one of the most original 68 swb 4x4's I have seen.
I like it alot.
Did you give it a once over for rust?
Did the owner happen to mention a possible trade?

Have fun

Looks sharp except for that custom air dam mounted on the roof.

How good does it look in person Jason?

I'll tell ya what, I personaly don't think it's worth that kind of dough, unless ya wanna have a nice orginal restore, and it's really, really, really, what ya want. If anyone is really, really interested in this thing, I can go take some up close and personal pictures. I did see that the rockers were getting rusty, and that's about as close as I got to looking at it. I did show the one picture of the kick panel on the drivers side. But if really needs paint. I do know it runs really good, because about 3 months ago he was at my store, buying some parts, and I had seen/heard it run then.

I agree, I like the truck alot as well, but I can't afford that kind of chunk of change, for it. is it very nice, and If I won the lotto tomorrow, I would go straight over there and nab it!

So what does everyone think this is worth -- ballpark? He's asking $6800 which seems pretty high to me with some rust and no options. Opinions??

cnshoot 07-30-2003 07:13 PM

You could compare it to this one that I am asking $3,500 for.

Details on this truck are in thread from 7-16-03

PICKMUP,
We'd be working out a deal if you were closer to iowa.
