When and visited my truck at the painter today. Also decided on a color.
The exterior will be "denim blue" and the interior inside of bed around the grill and wheels will be "milk shake". The last photo is what the exterior will be like.

I made my own seals for my kick panel vents out of a sheet of neoprene spring rubber I hope they hold up. So far so good.

Truck is now in primer. I think the blue will be a little darker than the blue in the photo.

Tried to install the vent glass into it's trim and broke the litte pivit tab at the top of the trim in the process. So the glass is fully installed in a broken trim. Now I have to get the glass out of the trim without breaking it and have the table welded back in and then repaint the frame. Not a fun day. :waah:

Visited my truck at the paint shop today and saw my new white interior. That is the good news the bad news is I got the top stud fixed on the vent window frame stripped off the paint and reapainted it and tried to install the glass today and the bottom stud broke off. At fist I thought it was the vibration of trying to use a mallot to tap the glass in the frame but I am now wondering if the nettle chanal is being stretched appart by the width of the new glass tape and causing the studs to fall out. The other side went together ok so that is good.:waah:

Looking good, what was the reason for so much go do on the roof?

I think the P.O. didn't want to try and pull it out. It's hard to fix on these trucks because there is a double skin and you can't hammer it out. I think the my painter tried his best to pull it out but probably had to put a lot of bondo on it also. I didn't want to try and take the skin off and straiten it out.

Put my gauges in the freshly painted gauge cluster panel and bezel.

Looking good! I commented in another thread, but really like the gauge panel. Simple theme, but makes the gauges really pop.
