2" lift on a 72

anyone running a 2" lift on a 67-72? I need a measurement if possible. a straight line between the two bolts, and a measurement from that down to the bottom of the spring where it mounts to the diff. need to figure out the arch with it sitting on the springs.
Don't have a truck to measure here right now. Thanks if you can help.

I have off road design 2" front springs. There actually still a reverse arch because the pack is so thick. Not sure if that helps..

Ok. thats interesting. I don't have a stock vehicle to compare to. I need some measurements as I'm trying to determine what lift to use for a different kind of vehicle. these springs are the correct length, just need to figure out what size lift I need to order to get it where I want it.

Let me see what I can dig up. My Shorty K10 has a small lift. I’ll see if I can figure out if it’s 2 or 4”.

Check out Skyjacker and Superlift. These are just some of the cheap lift kits that you can install on a classic Chevy truck. Just not sure if both have it in 2-inch versions.

You can get 2'' just by taking your springs to a spring shop and having them re-arched

Re: 2" lift on a 72

don't have any stock springs. I'm looking to use them on a different style project, and need to know how much height the spring is at when its installed.
I hate to spend 400 for 2" springs if 4" might be the ones I really need.
