I was looking to use HDPE - 1'8" thick. I believe 1 sheet (4' x 8') can be cut down and will cover both sides - haven't measured to be sure though. Waterproof, available in white/black, etc.

Link to Menards product - here

Let us know which route you go...need to do this in the future as well.

The only thing with my build is I've built the bed up so its probably 3 or 4 inches taller than a stock blazer. I like the idear of 3/16 thickness and also in red. Is this out there guy's?

Komatex (PVC board) can be had in 1/8" or 1/4" thickness and comes in red. If you have a sign company local to you they could order in a 4x8 sheet for you
