What's next on my Suburban project
3 Attachment(s)
After 5 months off of working on my 70 Suburban I'm back at it. It's had lots of body panels replaced and I'm finally happy with the rear quarters. The roof is painted (done while on the rotisserie) Interior and cowl are painted body color. The doors and fenders are in epoxy primer and all body work has been completed. My question is this: What should I do next?
There's lots still do do mechanical wise. Should I put in the wiring harness, clutch linkage, brake booster ect or should I keep going towards painting the truck? Should I hang the doors next? Thanks Paul |

Looking good, I would say keep painting. I painted all the pieces then hung them, depends on how much space you have.

Whatever works best for you. Why did you not jamb it when doing the interior?

With the stupid price of lumber, who would want to pay double.to build anything. ...This is what I did, 8 ft ladder with 4 x 4 across about 5 ft off the ground. Easier to get the edges and bottoms.
