LS1 Swap Fuel Rail Fuel Line Connection

4 Attachment(s)
I am in the process of buying the proper fuel line to connect to my fuel rail, but I have some doubts. I have a 1998 Z28 LS1 and the fuel rail connections are a bit confusing. I can see it had two lines connected, but I see on other threads that only one is being used. There is a part connected to the fuel rail that I am not sure I need and I am wondering if I should remove the extra hoses after the fuel rail hard line connection. Those hoses come with a port to check for fuel pressure, do I need that? How exactly should I be connecting to the fuel rail? Just like to make sure that one of those fuel line kits will fit my application. I am posting some pictures to see if I can explain better my questions. Hope you guys can help me, want to make sure before I spend $350+ on a fuel kit I am planning to order. Appreciate the responses in advance.

The first two pics are of the evap purge solenoid, you shouldn't need that unless you're doing an emission friendly swap. I would remove it and cap the fitting on the intake. In the last couple of pics, you just need to hook the fuel line that actually goes to the fuel rail, it will be a returnless rail, so you'll need a Corvette fuel filter/regulator. The pic with the two lines together, the one with the green service port looking thing, is also for the evap system and generally not needed on a swap, unless you live in an area that requires that stuff to be hooked up.

Here is a pic for the fuel filter regulator, don't use the snap on AN fitting, they make ones with screw on ends now that work much better.

As far as the LS1 fuel rail........ in regards to the factory rail.......

On my '02 LS1.......it can be rotated 180º so that the fuel inlet is opposite from the factory location.
That's how I'm planning to run mine.
