Narrowed Rear With OE Trailing Arms?

I'm gathering up parts for my 66 SWB street/strip build, and looking to have a 9 inch built by Strange for the trialing arm setup. I was considering going slightly narrower than the stock width(2" per side). Have any of you guys ran a setup like this? I just want to make sure there won't be any clearance issues. Thanks fellas!

At 2" per end, you shouldn't run into any issues. E-brake cable routing/attachment might require finesse depending on the set-up (might).

I'll probably go with a set of Wilwoods with a. 11 or 12" rotor.
