Wheel Cylinders for the Original Hybrid Vehicles

Yes...I am talking about the El Camino, half car half truck. I was looking up wheel cylinders for it the other day at work and found there are two different sizes for both the front and the rear. Is it going to make any difference if I put the slightly larger ones in front and the slightly smaller ones in back??? Or?

Its for my 64, fixing it enough to drive it while building both the GMC and the S10.
