Headlight covers

Re: Headlight covers
A rather goofy way to hunt for attention and mess up your headlight beams at night in the process.
The guys with stick on port holes and flame decals will probably like them though. |
Re: Headlight covers
I can see them as a Halloween gag, but to each his own.

Re: Headlight covers
Awe Come on Dan you just know that some guy will show up at cruise night with a set on his ride that he thinks won't measure up and draw enough attention without help.
In 49 years of going to drive to car events there are always those guys who think they have to add something off the wall or do something to draw attention to their ride that they are afraid doesn't measure up. Sometimes it is the guy who does the burn out leaving the burger joint, a lot of the time it is the annoying guy at the show or cruise night who fires his ride up and guns the engine for half a minute every half hour on the half hour and sometimes it is the guy who has all the stuffed animals in or around the car or the cry baby doll leaning against the front bumper. Those skull light covers are just feeding on that for the most part even though we will see them on some rat rod that already has a dozen skulls mixed in in the theme of the rig. That is probably a sad cry for attention though. |
