5.3 in a 73?
 

i have a guy who wants to sell me his 5.3 out of a 02 trailblazer for $400 and its complete minus the wire harniss i was wondering if i could just put a 4barrel intake on it with like a holley 650 carb?

and would it bolt up to my sm465? would my flywheel off a 350 work? and all the other stuff?

u can get a intake manifold an convert it to carb...but i cant help u wth the transmission q's

would that be eaiser? since it has no wireing harniss just run it carbed?

Don't know about the swapping, but there is a section here (in the engine/drivetrain section) that has ton's of LSX stuff.
Maybe this would be better there.
