Just making a photo album of the 02 Suburban I've owned for the last six years. I bought it with just over 200,000 Kms on it and it's got over 438,000 on it now.

I did a 2/3 drop on it with drop coils in the rear and turned the torsion keys down in the front.

I removed the fender flares, running boards and mud flaps. And when I hit a deer I replaced the front end with a Z71 lower valance (round fog light holes) and paint to match grill and bumper.

Here's what it looked like when I bought it..

With the Z71 lower and paint to match bumper and grill, and clear headlights and signals. Still missing a few pigtails and fog lights..

With the 2/3 drop, running boards, fender flares and mudflaps removed. Running 16" GMC wheels with itty bitty 245/70 tires on them. (A bit too small)

And with 20" Denali wheels with stock 275/60's on them. Looks awesome, rubs the rear inner fenders when you hit a bump, rubs the front inner fenders when you turn.
I don't recommend these wheels to anybody. They are chrome plated over an aluminum wheel. Bad combination. The chrome plating is crap and flakes off, so I sold them on kijiji before they started looking too bad. I'll take a non plated aluminum wheel any day.

So back to the 17" Denali wheels. They aren't chrome. They're just a high polish aluminum. I'll keep these for my summer wheels..

I picked up another set of 17" GMC wheels that I'll end up using for my winter set.

So I'm not the only one who thought those look nicer!

They do look nicer...I also like the looks of the round driving lights as opposed to the rectangle ones....Just can't get myself to spend the money on the swap..lol...
