I posted this up many times wish i had more photos. I am really not into the fake patina stuff but when i had my truck the body shop painted it red oxide primer and I ended up not liking the color. So I primered it all black and left the top part white. After sometime I missed the orange color and tried sanding it down and got to tired to finish the sanding and it ended up like this. So i was thinking a faux job might look okay, if I took my time and did it right. Do any of Y'all have tips?
How would it look to take it down to the sheet metal in places and do a diesel oil finish? I'm just rattling off ideas here.
