Full Cab Floor-Great Part!

Originally I was going to do patch replacement, but the more I uncovered decided to replace full floor.

Got mine from Southern Kentucky Truck Parts in Bowling Green KY. Great price and excellent quality. This photo is the floor just held in with clamps, but the fittment is extremly good. All the pillar bolts lined up and you can see how good the fit is against firewall.

This is the first floor replacement I have ever done, I dont want to jinx myself but it went in with very little effort. Highly recommend this replacement part.

I bought one from them for my 4x4. Got it ready for the floor and swapped projects. Getting things together to do it once and for all. Good to hear something besides a horror story.

Once you add up all the patch panels and find more and more rust, a full panel can also be the economical choice. Looks good.

Does that pan have any stickers on it and if so what do they say? That looks to fit way better than the ones ive done.

Good to see the cab reinforcements installed before the floor was removed. Keeps the future issues at bay. Mine was missing the jack placement holes also.
My floor only has the standard seat bolt holes. If you are adding buckets add the holes now.
Sure saves a lot of time cleaning up the floor! I agree it's the economical choice. Saves time installing separate pieces and it's all NEW!
Nice job.

It did have a sticker but I removed and can’t find. The place I bought it from said they had these parts made specifically for them for the last 10 yrs.

not quite a bolt in....there's dozens of spot welds across the front at the bottom of the firewall and dozens more at the back where it meets the rear cab panel...

I will keep everyone posted when I fit doors.

And yes, fully aware this has mutiple spot welds needed(and done), after all I drilled the old one out. My point in mentioning the alignment of the factory bolts was simply to share as there are numerous video/post which reference issues with this alignment.

my post was just a response to post #13.....I'm 100% sure that you're fully aware of all the spot welds....:metal:

Even having spot welds the fact that I can replace the entire floor without having to cut it all out is going to save me a lot of time, just need the right size socket and a good drill to get it out. And I'm looking at getting a welder anyway so spot welding the new one in won't be so bad. Thanks for showing us this floor Sloan, I'll be ordering one soon
