Sanden compressor fittings- What are these for?

Looking at different Sanden 508 style compressors to swap onto my truck and I found this one for a 85-90 Jeep that has 2 schrader valves on the back. Does anyone know what those are for?https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon....L._SL1500_.jpg
