It's all collectible. The older the more rare, generally. I have collected those stamped steel 1/25 scale Blazers. Some are intended to be pickups. I seem to mostly find them still in the box, which is normally not the case. And usually they are promos. Advertising a business and often distributed by that business (not in stores). That may be why that is mostly what I've found. They'd be given to dealers and such. Not necessarily what the dealer cared for, so often just stuck in a closet, not played with. It's all fairly rare, certainly not so easy to find
