C30 to k30 conversion

I picked up a 1975 C30 wrecker with an 86 cab, going to converter her over to a K30 using parts from an 86 k30 I parted out. Here's a pic of the wrecker and the front of the frame cut from the K30. I have gotten all the brackets removed from the frame. I plan on doing crossover at the same time since the 2wd gear box is there.

My biggest hurdle will be flipping the pto to the driverside so it is not in the way of the front driveshaft. The winch is pto driven, the wrecker body is a holmes 440. I believe it can be flipped for input from either side.

I'm going to watch this one. I've got a 89 C/R30 that I want to convert to 4wd and put a wrecker bed on.

Chain drive wrecker body or hydraulic? Either way, you'll have to take the PTO apart and turn the gears around, not a big deal. You will also have to cut the bracket off of the winch frame and move it to the other side so it aligns up.
