I have messaged administrators twice and have received NO response from them. the moderators can't do it. What does it take to get somebody's attention?

I have no PM from you. As I told the mods whom asked for you, it is not an option. We do not remove them. Feel free to PM if you still need. I have been contacted about this via PM and reported posts by mods 3-4x and said the same thing. So now I am replying it here too. I apologize but it can not be removed.
