Not sure how bed is supposed to match up with cab. What I have now. I do not have the little rubber straps between bed and frame. There are new cab mounts.
Forgive the smeared on bondo I never got back to filing down. The top of fender is close to the line on back of cab but the bottom molding line looks way off from molding line of cab. Thanks

Looks like your bed is way high..is it repop parts?..
I would get the bodyline in pic #2 lined up and see what it looks like..some pics taken from further away might help

Take a pic of the gap between cab and bed , that shows it from the bottom of bed to the top of bed rail

The top of blue tape is at top of "breakover" on each. Appears to be a 1/2-3/4 inch difference. Uploaded photos twice, not sure why they are sideways. Sorry

Looks like the cab needs to come up
The door looks low as well

Door is cracked open a little so that may look like it. I don't see how the bed can go down,so I guess cab needs to come up. Just trying to figure out why. Maybe the repop fenders are off?

Re: Body lines

It could be the bedside... repop stuff is well known to be bad , even when new..
But even when looking at the lower rocker to bottom of bedside, the cab still looks low
Is the cab sitting level on the frame?

What is the truck? C10, C20, K10 or K20? Where did new cab mounts come from? Can you post a pic of the rear cab mounts?

Sorry. C10. Was my dad's since new so I know the history. New cab mounts came from lmc truck. Rubber, and installed per the diagram. I'll try to get a pic ofthem in a bit.

I had problems with the LMC cab mounts. Have read of others having problems with LMC cab bushings as well. If you look at my build thread you can seen cab
sets low in the first pics. They are LMC rubbers. The newer ones purchased from a forum vender sit much higher. Granted my truck
is a 4x4. Maybe something to think about?
