beware of Brothers for parts
 

Ordered my new rear bumper and all parts associated with on thursday..paid via credit card via telephone order..salesman assured me it would be here next day ups as i lived in nearby city.....as of today..still no bumper..so i call
after being on hold for approx 15 min this Tim guys comes back and says " oh ya your order hasnt shipped yet"...I said "i was told on thur it would go out on that day...he said "oh well"......
So still not sure if i'll get my bumper this week..and after lookin at my cc they did charge it already.....on thursday...
My advice: If you use Brothers Truck parts beware of bad customer service and expect to get lied to.

yes im waiting for my money back.. Ive waited 2 weeks for a set of lowering blocks to be shipped.. money has been charged ,nothing arrives , so i decide to email.. Im told they need more money for shipping.. no-one contacted me about this, i was waiting for my parts to arrive.. Im sick of bad service , bad communication, not good enuf..
