computer tuning

Anybody know of good computer tuners for out trucks? I have a 98 Tahoe that has the block box, Wait4me and Blackbear are the only ones I know of. BB is pricey, W4M is much more affordable, but who else is out there? Mail order tune is fine, only have bolt on stuff, nothing major. I've always heard that the factory tune is very conservative.

I just worked with Dave W over at Gearhead EFI on my TBI Vortec. Nice guy, good tune.

They have a website or number? Blackhear is kinda pricey IMO, and wait4me seemed ok, but looking for more or if someone maybe better.
