Are these rims part of option F44 for a heavy half (1/2 ton with heavy duty suspension)? If so will they fit a regular half ton? Thanks

These came off of an '89 k1500 with the non-HD suspension. I went to car-part.com and looked at pics for the wheels. It looks like these will fit either, unless HD are wider?

I have no idea if the HD are similar. I'm new to the 88-98 trucks; I am used to the 73-87 trucks. My 94 GMC has 16 inch aluminum rims and I'm looking to get 16 inch steel rims for it. The aluminum ones are still nice I just prefer steel ones. How much would shipping be to 48857? Also are there just 4 rims or do you have a fifth one for a spare? Thanks
