Why is my A/C blowing warm air

I had the whole system gone through last summer and it worked great in our triple digit climate. Now it blows warm air. You can see by the pics that the lower tube ice's up instantly when I turn it on. I checked and replaced one vacuum line and reconfirmed heater core shut-off valve was functioning properly, baffle rod inside core housing that diverts the air moves with cable. Any ideas is appreciated.

Have you checked the pressures in the system?

It looks like in the picture that the freon is not flowing through the evaporator since the outgoing line is not frosted.

Is that a hose clamp on the refrigerant line? If it is and you are using 134A then it is possible that you have a leak and not much refrigerant is in the system.

Normally thats a sign of low refrigerant. Install the gauges and check your pressures.

I agree, it appears that you are low on freon. You probably have a leak.

Good luck,

Keith
