Looking for Crew Cab and Paint Schemes Literature for a 1960 GMC
 

I'm looking at purchasing a 1960 GMC 4 door Crew Cab that the original owner says was ordered as a crew cab from Chevy, and delivered that way new. It has a visible B-pillar about 1.5" wide at the narrowest point, and hidden hinges. The rear door. I'v seen copies of sails brochures etc. for the coach built crew cab kits on this forum, and would like to locate a copy if possible. I'm also interested in any information regarding the original deluxe color schemes for this year in these trucks.
