65 C20 rolling frame
3 Attachment(s)
This frame was from a GA truck that drove to SC around 15 years ago. Not long after that trip, the owner pulled it apart to use the cab and front end to build a short bed truck. I bought the frame and bed to put the bed on my truck, but I don't need the frame. It was just easier for me to drag both home instead of pulling the bed apart at the guy's house.
The only damage that I have seen is the front crossmember has been pulled forwards. It probably got stuck in a field and was yanked out with a tractor. The rear frame rails are nice and straight. It is a coil spring rear. Comes as a rolling frame without any of the bed parts. I can get better pictures if needed $500 obo |

Here's some better pictures. I finished getting all the bed stuff off, so as you see it in the pics in this message is what you'll be getting. It's currently located at the Truck Farm in Canton, GA (Flashed's place)

Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
Just a suggestion;)
It would probably help the sell (Or not) If you had time to pull the cover and check the gear ratio.:chevy: . |

Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
Madkidd, sorry for the delay on finding out what ratio the rear is. This week is my last week of summer classes, so that's taken priority of truck stuff. I'm done with class on Thursday, so I'm planning on going to check Thursday afternoon/evening

4.57 gears, looks like an open diff
Edit to add: So I looked up some info and pictures to learn a little more about the Eaton. It definitely looks like an open diff to me. I'm open to offers on the whole frame. I don't have the time right now to part it out |
Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
I'm open to offers on this frame. I would consider parting out if I have enough interest in what's there

Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
I may be interested in the rolling frame. Do you know how the front suspension interfaces with 63-66 C10 frames? I am considering an 8-lug conversion but didn't know if the C20 components were an easy swap or not onto a C10 frame.

Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
If you're interested in a part off this frame, please post what you're needing. If there's enough interest in parts, I will part it out.
Would rather sell it whole though. Got plenty to do on my truck  |
Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
$400 for rolling frame
|
Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
If you need just a part or two:
4 wheels: $100 Drum brake complete front crossmember: $50 Rear C20 springs: $50 C20 trailing arms: $150 Rear axle: $150 Inline 6 exhaust: $50 Unfortunately, I think shipping any of this would be way too costly except for the springs maybe |
Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
Still available. I'll be back in Canton for the weekend of the 27th to make a deal.

Still available.
I found a section of frame local to me that has C10 rear cab mounts. I will throw those in with the deal for my asking price. I can deliver the frame if you're within a 100 mile radius from Canton for $100 extra. If you're along my drive between Canton and Milledgeville on the weekend after Thanksgiving, or near the Milledgeville area, we can work something out. |
Re: 65 C20 rolling frame
Price drop: $300
