Plan is to lay this body on a 2006 2wd chassis which I will cnotch and adjust length to fit the truck. Lay frame/body on 22" steelies. Started tear down yesterday. May be slow progress due to trouble finding a 2wd in Alberta where I am from.

So im going with a SFBD from firewall back and narrowing frame to avoid a bodydrop. Drawing is bad but don't have a program to do better.

Re: New here, new project. 65 C10
In my opinion, considering your desired end result, you would be far better off keeping your '65 frame and just upgrading the drivetrain and suspension. The '88 and up frames are very different than the '63-'72 frames.
