Clip-type hubcap retaining clips and rivets - does anyone sell them?

Wasn't sure if I should stick this on the parts board as a WTB or if I should just ask about whether or not these are sold somewhere? Am in need of a single clip for a 17.5" wheel and the rivet to attach it. If not rivets, I can just screw it in. Haven't seen these for sale anywhere, so wanted to ask, thanks.

They are available, I've used sheet metal screws , which will work if you don't want to rivet them in.
