Finally got it moved to my place so I can actively work it now.
Cleaned up one of the eyebrows to show just minor pitting - good DD condition.

I could use the pb and ps out of it. Would be nice on my 63

Edit: Scratch the pb... I forgot my master cylinder also doubles as the clutch master cylinder.

Need to finish parting this so I can take it to the crusher. Front door panels are sold and the steering column may be sold.

Let me know what you need a pic or price on.

Let's not go through this again, please. Prices are and will be posted as someone wants something. The whole truck is priced (to comply with the rules). This is the way we do it all of the time on the 67-72 parts forum.

XI. All For Sale posts shall have a price or prices, as well as your
location. No bids or auctions allowed here!!! If you don't know the
price of what you are selling, then you should do some research. If a Moderator or Administrator here asks you to post price(s) and you have not within a 12 hour time frame, they will delete your thread, period.

I dont understand...he has a price.

Re: FS: 77 Suburban parts truck

He did this to me last time and I lost a couple of sales when the post went away.

Please check with Liz, this is okay. I posted a price for the whole truck - which complies with the rules - then I will price individual parts as members tell me what they are interested in. We do this all of the time on the 67-72 parts forum.

I do not get to read the 67-72 parts board unless an issue is brought to my attention. I am not sure why the mods are or were allowing this, as it is not correct. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=255798
If you are pricing a truck to sell it goes in the classifieds. If you are selling parts it goes in parts... we understand that it is difficult to price a parts truck, and no one expects you to price every piece.. but the majority of the large parts can be priced individually.

I will pass this message on to the staff, as the rules need to stay consistent on ALL of the areas.

Ken is doing as Josh asked all the staff to do. He is not picking on you or anyone else :)

Re: FS: 77 Suburban parts truck

Then the question arises- how many parts on a parts truck do you have to price. I have priced several pieces that guys have PM'd me about.

So I guess I will list a couple and say sales is pending, that should do it then.

Tilt steering column $75 - pending
Trim under column $5 - pending - SOLD
Trim on DS pillar $5 - pending - SOLD
Front Door Panels - SOLD

I appreciate your understanding the rules. Just so you are clear on how this works let me offer some examples. If you need further clarifications please let me know.

1.- Example #1

2.- Example #2

I'm going to ask a weird one, how much for the ashtray to 56754?

I specifically need a working lighter socket, mine is toast and there's no fixing it. I figure the easiest way is to replace the whole moving part of the ashtray, door and all.

Let me see if I can easily test it, then I will price it. What I am thinking is about $20 shipped.

Hi,
Are you planning on taking the main body off the frame before crushing? I'm looking for a couple of frame parts. The two 90 degree body mount brackets riveted onto the frame just by the rear wheels(small brackets). I'm also looking for the last part of the frame (about 18 inches) from the last cross member aft on the drivers side. Let me know. Thanks, Tom
