Bare metal prep

Just had my truck blasted to bare metal. What should I treat it with to prevent surface rust before I can get it into the body shop?

Re: Bare metal prep

I used Dupont KWIK PREP 244S. I used a spritz bottle to spray a light film on the metal and used an air blow gun to dry it quickly. A fine mist is all that's needed. It forms a barrier on the metal to keep it from rusting.
If you can't find KWIK PREP at your paint jobber they can recommend a product that will work.
