Update started on the body work, took this down to bare metal, will shoot Valspar direct to metal and rage extreme for body filler

Great progress. Keep up the good work. That engine bay is looking great.

Here are a few pics of the progress. The bottom belly and the frame where painted using valspar self etch primer then a pass with PCL then shot with a single stage valspar vivid blue purl. Frame was dusty when pics were taken

Body is 100% rust free and all extrior trim holes have been plugd, here are some pics of the body. I used a a 40 grit first to chew the paint offf then hit it with an 80.

finally spreaded sum mud. For the body filler i used rage extreme.My bad for the phone pics all i had

Still stuck on the bed blocking to perfection, and in the bed floor and sides I am taking it down to metal getting rid of the texture. Il post pics of this later

man i wish i had the time and place to do what your doing to your square. heck i would just settle for a good paint job :) nice job... but seriously after taking photos with the d700... the cell phone pix just dont work for me.. lol

Update.. The fire wall and the outside of the bed are just about finished, the inside of the bed and cab are just sprayd but i still need more work.

Very nice work on the body! I can understand what it takes to get it to this point. I just finished my son's paint and it took forever.
