Fuel System - Sending Unit question

Does anyone know of or has made a 1/2" fuel sending unit for a stock 72 fuel tank? Future plans are to do a Boyd tank out back but life is busy and I like to drive my truck as much as possible. Im looking for a quick upgrade with a little less down time.

I got a little carried away last year and built a very solid 540 to run on the street and have been tip toeing around with a 3/8" system. Im into the planning stages for the rear tank install but would like to do one more road trip this spring before I start taking things apart again. I have contacted Robb MC Performance to see if he would make one for me and am waiting to hear back, otherwise I wanted to see if anyone here has done something like this.

I realize this is an older thread but did you ever figure this out? Running into the same problem where Areomotive says to use no smaller than -10an for the pickup tube and I currently have 3/8.
