Project 1996 F150 Super Cab "Old Rusty"

I currently have a 2007 Silverado Classic with 52,000 miles. I know this is not a Chevy but I stumbled upon this 1996 F150 SuperCab with 84,000 miles with the 5.0 automatic. Always liked these trucks and it was a great deal. My daughters named it "Old Rusty". Even is rockin' the blue interior. Just going to make a few changes and drive it on occasion.

Some things already done:

Removed running boards
New Tires and Rims
New Windshield
Window Tint
2" rear lowering shackles

That's a clean old Ferd. I had a 97 Ext Cab Shortbed Powerstroke 3/4 ton in black.

There used to be a kit to raise the rear seat up a few inches. It makes a big difference to the unlucky inhabitants of the seat.

What are your plans for the truck?

I might have to see about the rear seat kit. Nothing too major on plans at the moment. I already have done alot of what I was going to do with the tires, rims, new windshield and window tint. Mainly upgrade the stock exhaust, fix the rust area on the roof from the 90's primer and paint flaking off. Also have a double din CD player and dash kit to replace the stereo and add new speakers.

Also have done some maintenance with replacing the EGR valve and sensor.
