Anyone use OEM electric park brake

The E-Stopp system seems to get a lot of praise but they are certainly proud of their stuff. Thinking by now someone has probably used a oem system in their truck - would like to hear from those that might have done it. I don't know what the oem units look like or their dimensions so if anyone has info on that it would be appreciated also. Thanks. -Bob

Yes, I found one other example of using a linear actuator (which is essentially what E-Stopp is). Do you know if the actuator is worm gear drive?

I'm concerned what Plan B is if on the road and it won't dis-engage, I guess cutting or dismantling are the only choices.

I used a linear actuator also. Pulls cables on my 88 C4 rear. I made a turnbuckle style adjuster in the cables. If its stuck on i can reach under and loosen the adjuster.
