Hey Guys

How have you placed or routed your Turbo?
and your IC?

i am thinking about MILD turboing my C10 once it gets the 5.3 treatment.
Its not my 1st turbo LS build i just need visuals of how you set it up.
i use Truck Accessories!

what manifolds did you use?
I have the AC on the pass Side so i thought about setting the turbo up on the DRIVER SIDE?

where did you cross over? i thought about the front X over since my Truck is low.

IC i want to tuck it behind the bumper, WITHOUT Cutting anything!

i dont need a HUGE IC since i just want to run low 6-10 psi max to have a reliable DAILY turbo truck.

i want to use what i have and keep it on a Budget:
- truck manifolds= mod them Or i have forward facing ebay 3" Vband headers
- Intake with 102mm TB and 55lb/hr injectors (based on Calculator this should bring me up to 750Hp on Gasoline ( im ok with 550-600 thats plenty)
((based on calculator))
- i run a th400 i would just change the torque converter. (jegs brand 2300-2700)
- 5.3 with gen4 internals SBE , summit 8701R1 cam NSR

You can check out my build thread for more pictures, but here's some of my setup. No air conditioning (no money right now!) besides the wing windows so I didn't have to fit as much under the hood as you will be. The intercooler bracket was a custom bent piece of aluminum from my friend's trailer repair shop that replaced the original grill brace and leaves a solid 4-5 inches of space between the radiator and IC. I moved the battery under the passenger side of the bed to make room for my turbo and we used stock truck manifolds with Ebay V band connectors welded on and put the crossover in the front to make life simple. So far I have a couple hundred street miles on this combination running 91 octane pump gas and have seen a high of 6.5 PSI of boost so far.

BTW, I love the look of your truck! Nice stance and patina green just gives it a look that is right up my alley.

What size tires and wheels are you running?
