drum brake drags after going in reverse ?
When I back out of driveway and go forward the brakes will grab real fast with little brake pressure and then will go back to normal after a couple of taps on the brakes within a block or two. It only does this when close to freezing with moisture in the air. It never does it in the summer just in the fall when the weather gets colder in the mornings. I took drum off but don,t see anything out of the ordinary . Thinking the wheel adjuster is getting stuck maybe or wheel cylinder . Still some meat on the shoes. Drum sits nice on the brake shoes. Other than this the brakes work fine.

Post up a picture of the offending shoes with the drum off, you may have the shoes on backwards

Inside of the drum looking smooth--no lips or ridges? Pull the cup of the wheel cylinder back and see if the cylinder is leaking or maybe only one of the pistons in the cylinder is working or stuck. I was working on a customers 71 3/4 ton last year and got a brand new wheel cylinder from NAPA without the alum puck inside of it. It's like great---now I have to check all these before I install them now.
