Hhmm... I can look @ the set I got from them & see if they're similar. I don't recall any concerns about the depth of the bushing after assembling them (I may not have paid enough attention though). I do remember having to trim the length of the sleeves.

Let me guess, you trimmed it because it seems like there was no "crush" on the bushing? If so I think it's ridiculous to pay almost a grand and wait 3months to have to modify our arms

Correct on the sleeve mod. IMO, the sleeves seemed to thin to be the limitation of the compression point when tightening up the hardware for the bushing. I'll dig mine out after work today & look. I ended up using my OE uppers & just modified it to clear the steering shaft as I felt it was the cleaner alternative vs steering knuckles.

Just in

Chris,

Im not sure what you mean by collapse the bushing.... you want the nuts to be tight on the washers, which are tight on the sleeves, so the arm will pivot on the metal sleeve, you do not want the washer rubbing on the bushing very hard, just touching barely, you do not want a ton of friction there, it just wears the bushings sooner.

Any plans to run a drop spindle with your set up?
You have alot of money in bags and a-arms to not get the cheap drop of drop spindles.

Correct. I trimmed them so there would be pressure @ the sleeve & minimal contact @ the bushing so the arm would resist fore/aft shifting. Basically the sleeve was longer than the bushing which didn't allow full thread engagement on the cross-shaft nut as well as a gap between the bushing & retaining washer.
