Looking for fuel door replacement

Hey y'all. I have a replaced drivers side back quarter on my 71' C20. It came with a cut out for a fuel door and the frame for the fuel door. I'm looking for the same size fuel door to put on. Any ideas of where to look? I've search online and can't find anything close to that size. Attachment 2266040

I always tell people to go to www.pakindustries.com . That's who makes and sells these doors. Go to "Aditional RV Accessories" and they have them in a variety of materials and finishes. Paktron will be the exact replacement.
