My Poster Board is old, dated, scratched, and not accurate ... it's like 15 years old. ...

Typically sign companies sell that stuff. I'm thinking of the white plastic material. They might be able to do all the writing, also.

You can get the foam board at Walmart or any craft store. My stepson has made a the graphics for me on a big printer that they use at the architect firm he works at. And I have a photo press from when the misses did photography.

Sign painter shop. A guy who does pinstripe and lettering will make up something nice.

Local sign shop here. Just kind of sketched it out on paper and labeled what font I wanted, bold print, color, whatever. They sent me an e-mail proof. Then they had it produced on a hard, weatherproof sign board. It's not just cut vinyl. Cost be about $60 I believe.
