Looking for a good pair of 1970 1/2 ton 4x4 front hub assembly with drums.
 

Looking for a good pair of 1970 1/2 ton 4x4 front hub assembly with drums. My uncle has a custom 37 GMC pickup that he tows a 5th wheel with and has burned up a couple of sets of bearings. So now he wants to design a 6 lug rear hub assembly using 70 4x4 hubs and drums because it is a 2 bearing design. Anyway let me know what you have and what you have to get for it and I can pass the information along to him. I am sure that he doesn't care about the locking hubs. WES

Hi wes, i believe that is a one year only deal for that set-up, correct? I have a 69 here i can look at if you think it is the same. Eric

Ya the 1970 is a one year design. He did mention that he would take a set from the closed knuckle design. He figures that he can make that work also. What do you want for what you have? WES
