72 Blazer front rotor/hub removal

I am in the process of putting new rotors, pads and bearings on my truck. I need advice on the process. As far as I can tell all hub parts are out. But the hub/rotor is not interested in coming off. What have I overlooked? thanks in advance.

I don't see the tabbed washer and second spindle nut in the second photo... Got those off?

I'm with stangtjk on this one as I just finished packing front hubs. When the inner washer and inner hub nut is removed the rotor will almost fall off.
