1991 tilt column bearing
 

I was replacing my turn signal cancel cam and noticed my upper bearing is coming apart and missing a bearing. I cannot seem to find a correct part number. What other columns/years would have used this bearing? Any help would be great. I am finding plenty of bearings but not one specifically for my year.
