Rear door hinges

Has anyone done anything different with the rear barn door hinges on a panel or burb??

I think there’s a thread on here where someone did hidden hinges. They also turned the tailgate into a split barndoors style. I’ll see if I can find the thread if no one else links it first. Edit- found the thread. Maybe this can give you options
