Are these spacers factory installed? Maybe to level front. Thay are on passenger side of a 71 k20. No heavy front suspension option. Thanks

Could be one of the fixes for the "Chevy Lean". I know some of the 2wd trucks had a spacer per say above the coil spring to compensate for the gas tank weight. This was mostly on later models, but not sure about this case.

I can't decide if they look home made or not. Look like leaf material.

I have never seen it on one side. Might be compensating for a weak spring.
