project Ms.Fitt
soooooo, the nova wagon has gone bye bye.
yesterday i traded it for an '85 C10. single cab/short bed. im glad its gone too. i bought and held onto that car for all the wrong reasons. the was bad juju tied up with that car. i wanted a C10 from day one anyway. so here's Ms.Fitt, day one. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4313.jpg kept my motor/tranny :D http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4315.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4321.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4335.jpg core support, inner fenders, doors, and dash all painted with an '08 dodge orange http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4332.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4336.jpg http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4343.jpg all new interior pieces, grille, and weather stripping. |

new door panels http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...DSCF4320-1.jpg good solid frame http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4331.jpg not a bad start. http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a18...6/DSCF4347.jpg only rust on the truck. (drivers side rocker) i also got a set of ceramic coated headers. :D. i ****ing hate my garage. plans: nothing concrete yet. possibly bagging? i dunno. i want 22's for sure. considering an 8 lug conversion. first things first though: install all the new trim and interior piece, clean engine bay, shave firewall, install engine and get it drivable. just so i can tear it all apart again. any input on.... anything really. (paint, wheels, whatnot) all appreciated. |
Re: project Ms.Fitt
:metal: nice project!
my only suggestions for ya would be to get the garage cleaned up, roll her outside and take more pics, roll'er back in and get BUSY!! ;) seriously though, you have a good plan about getting her up and running 1st. theres days that i wish i had never tore mine all the way down. good luck man! |
