1958 3600 Fender Spears
 

I need a pair of 1958 3600 Apache fender spears that are in good shape or in good enough shape to be re-chromed. I would also like to know the contact point for a company that is reliable for re-chroming trim parts like these spears.

I think I have some, but not sure if they were off a 58 or a 59...are they they same?

58 and 59 emblems are different, I like the 58 better.

I thought they may have been different, heck I yanked them many years ago because they looked so good...all I recall was the truck had dual head lights.

Do you have link or pic that would show the difference?

Howdy Mike. They will look similar to these. The badges on the 3/4 will differ only by the model number (36). The differences on larger trucks include the model name (Viking) and number (such as 40, 60, etc).

This doesn't directly answer your question, Miltstrk. And perhaps you already follow www.ebaymotors.com -- But if you don't, create an account and setup a search that automatically emails you when an item is posted that matches certain search criteria. (My Ebay --> Searches)

For example:

searches the auction title for

1958 OR 58 AND chevANYTHING AND fendANYTHING

Non-31 emblems tend to go for very little.

OK I got up in the top of the garage and have a pair. If you pm me your address i'll send them to ya. If you don't use them oh well. The only thing wrong with them is the part where they screw in is busted. I think you could still put a longer screw into what's left of the meat. Up to you if you want me to send them johnj
