Blazer Doors
just wondering if anybody has taken doors from a pickup and made them work on a blazer by cutting the window frame off i found an old 72 pick up
with good doors and tilt column for a couple hundred bucks thanks jeff |
It is done all the time.

Yup, These Doors Are P/u Doors ;)
|
Thats the way the factory did them.
Just be sure to keep your original door as a guide while you are cutting up the new doors. |
I have the buid guide that shows the factory cuts made to turn them into Blazer doors if you need the specs let me know and I'll post them.

Hey Jeff,
What part of Idaho are you in. I could use a good set of fenders. Ole yeller |
TeamRadrz1...
That might be a good thing to post in the F.A.Q. section for all to be able to use...Just a thought anyways :) I would like to see as well...ya never know when that might come in handy :) |
there is a plate spot welded where the latch goes. drill out spot welds and reweld to your doors.
|
i live in burley or heyburn actually im going to go look at it better tomorrow and see about getting it home
|
Let me know what you find. I would be interested in a couple fenders and a good 71/72 chrome front bumper if they are in good shape.
Thanks! |
